 Fino Sherry (Dry)

Fino is very dry and delicate sherry, with an intense yeasty flavour and bite on the finish.

Ideal Foods

Before dinner drink or with the first course. Soups, pates etc. Fino can also best served chilled.

 Oloroso Sherry (Sweet)

 Aged in oak barrels this sherry develops deep colour and nutty flavours.

Ideal Foods

Fruits, nuts, cheese, also goes well with dessert.
